Help the police track down the creep who twice groped a woman on a London bus, stared at her and didn’t leave her alone

Police have released an image of a man who sexually assaulted a woman on a London bus in Westminster and are asking for the public’s help in identifying him. The incident happened on a route 36 bus from Victoria station on Thursday April 28 around noon.

The man got on the bus through the back door, sat next to the victim who was sitting near the window and touched her sexually. When the victim got up to try to change seats, the man then groped her again before she could walk away.

After she walked away the man did not leave her alone and continued to stare at her while trying to talk to her until he got off the bus at Park Lane where he again looked out the window while the bus was at a stop. The victim then got off the bus a few minutes after the man.

Detective Superintendent Michael Dougall said: “The MPS and our partners at TFL are strongly committed to addressing sexual abuse on the bus network. No one should have to go through this in the course of their day. I urge anyone with information about this offense to contact the police immediately.”
