London Cocktail Week: highlights and unmissable events

From masterclasses to immersive experiences, here’s the resident’s guide to what not to miss at this huge party for cocktail lovers…

Over 350 of London’s best cocktail bars take part in London Cocktail Week, so the schedule is pretty packed.

From October 13-23 across the capital, the festival is also offering The Little Cocktail Villages – four free festival hubs dotted around the city, serving cocktails and hosting events.

Wristbands (£15) offer wearers £7 LCW Signature cocktails at participating bars.

On top of that, there are parties, masterclasses, and immersive experiences, so here’s what not to miss.

Official Opening Party – Hendrick’s Secret Emporium of Underwater Delights, City

Hosted by Hendrick’s Gin at the sublime Silverleaf Bar in London’s Pan Pacific, the opening night will be all about preparing for what’s to come.

Gray Goose Vodka, Bombay Sapphire Gin and Tequila Patron host free masterclasses so you can hone your mixologist skills and take home the advice of some of London’s best muddlers, shakers and mixers. Circulates throughout the festival.

Mirror Margarita brings the party here, with palm trees and disco balls. You can travel to the Hall of Mirrors and find out if you’re more of a tequila girl or a mezcal girl. Circulates throughout the festival.
