Professionals in FMCG, Beauty, Luxury Beverage and Premium Goods are invited to attend this year’s brand new seminar format at London Pack Week. With content specifically curated to showcase the industry’s sharpest insights, emerging trends and pressing challenges, the program is not to be missed.
The content will take place on three new stage concepts, when the event takes place on September 21 and 22 at London’s Olympia.
The Food and FMCG Future Makers Internship will provide visitors with everything they need to know about the future of food packaging and FMCG. The seminars will be led by the brands most in tune with the rapid evolution of food distribution, and the associations and organizations behind these changes. Speakers taking the stage include Nestlé, DEFRA, WRAP, Unpackaged, OPRL and Appetite Creative, to name a few.
The Deluxe scene without box will present the diverse perspectives on the future of packaging in the luxury retail, fashion, jewelry and delicatessen markets. Speakers like Hunter Luxury and Elmwood will explore exciting aesthetic and practical design innovations, examining how changing consumer behavior is expected to impact packaging decisions.
Elsewhere, the Beauty and Beverage Innovators Internship will promote strategies, materials and technologies that reinvent the end-user experience to increase engagement with consumers more than ever. Speakers from IJO Skincare, Morrama, Sharp End, BEAUTYSTREAMS and Butterfly Cannon will share real-world insights from top brands and design agencies working together to redefine packaging.
In addition to three action-packed seminar stages, The Pentawards, the global platform and community for packaging design, will also offer six Design Capital sessions. Here, speakers will use examples of award-winning packaging concepts to illustrate how attention to detail can help packaging capture market attention.
To finish, The great debate will return by popular demand to discuss topics such as “how to make real progress in minimizing the impact of packaging on the planet”.
Josh Brooks, Marketing and Community Manager for Easyfairs Packaging Events, says: “Our brand new London Packaging Week event gives us the perfect opportunity to rethink our seminar content. Our free speaker sessions are part of what our event is known for and why visitors keep coming back year after year. For 2022, we have three stages dedicated to all areas of packaging, meaning there really is something to pack for everyone. We hope that this information will help visitors to improve and better adapt their own packaging concepts.
