Emily Altmann, 20, Carlos Guerra Guerra, 21, and Dylan Schaap, 20, are jointly charged with second-degree murder in the death of Josue Silva, 18, who was shot at an outdoor party in south-west London on July 31.
The trio were charged with 13 additional offenses combined in late January, but police did not issue a press release on the additional charges.
Guerra Guerra is charged with obstruction of justice for allegedly telling Altmann to destroy or suppress evidence between July 31 and August 5, according to the documents.

He is also charged with four counts of uttering threats of bodily harm following text messages that were allegedly sent to four women on the day of the shooting, according to the documents.
Guerra Guerra is also charged with intimidation for an alleged offense involving the same group and possession of a handgun for an alleged offense between July 23 and July 25, according to the documents.

Altmann is charged with four counts of obstruction of justice for allegedly encouraging four women — the same four Guerra Guerra is accused of threatening — to deceive police, according to the documents.

Schaap is charged with three firearms offenses, including possession of a loaded handgun for alleged offenses between April 1 and August 6, according to court records.
Altmann was arrested on August 5, while Guerra and Schaap were arrested the following day.
A Western student living with her parents at the time of the shooting, Altmann is the only defendant to have been released on bail. She was released Oct. 1 on house arrest-style bail with orders to wear an electronic ankle bracelet to monitor her movements. She is due in court on Friday.

Altmann appeared in one of Guerra Guerra’s amateur rap videos that was posted on video-sharing app Tik Tok less than three weeks before Silva was shot.
Guerra Guerra and Schaap have been denied bail and remain in custody at Windsor South West Detention Center and Elgin-Middlesex Detention Center in London, respectively, and are due in court at next fall.

The three men were also initially charged with assault with a weapon in an alleged “blunt object” attack on another man on the day Silva was killed, according to court documents.
Dozens of young people had gathered for a party in a wooded area on the north side of Pack Road, near Grand Oak Cross, where paramedics were called at around 1.15am to a report of a man shot dead with fire artifice, according to an emergency dispatch call. Paramedics later determined the injury to be a gunshot wound as they transported Silva to hospital with no vital signs.
A graduate of Saunders High School, Silva held two summer jobs before entering his second year of business studies at Western University. His family described him as a gifted scholar and athlete with big dreams for the future.
